With the introduction of SecureNow, a one-time passcode verification feature, we’ll ensure your Online Banking experience remains safe and secure. This added security method is designed to confirm your identity and prevent unauthorized access to your account information.
Starting on Monday, April 19th, 2021:
- All personal Online Banking desktop users will be required to enroll a phone number to deliver your one-time passcode(s).
- Once you receive the code, you will be asked to enter the one-time passcode to complete your SecureNow enrollment.
- After the SecureNow enrollment is complete, the passcode verification will appear each time our system does not recognize your desktop device or detects suspicious activity.
