Manasquan Bank is proud to announce the hiring of three new branch managers bringing a combined 60-plus years of banking experience to our team.
Vincent Spada will serve as VP, Retail Branch Manager at our Bay Head branch, located at 85 Bridge Avenue; Jodi Quercia as VP, Retail Branch Manager at our Manasquan branch, located at 185 Main Street; and Briana Kellems as VP, Retail Branch Manager at our Wall Township headquarters branch, located at 2221 Landmark Place.
Spada became a well-known figure at Spencer Savings Bank, where he spent 15 years and became the AVP, Branch Manager and market leader for the bank’s Cranford branch office. He has worked in the banking industry for nearly 35 years, starting as a part-time teller with the former Union Center National Bank in Springfield after high school. Spada holds a B.S. in Management Science/Finance from Kean University.
Quercia served as Senior Market Manager with Two River Community Bank in the Middletown and Navesink markets. Her 27 years of industry experience saw her rise from a part-time Customer Service Representative with First Fidelity Bank to hold positions with First Union and Wachovia as a Senior Financial Specialist, Senior Consumer Lending Specialist and licensed financial specialist.
Kellems, who left her position as Monmouth Region AVP at TD Bank to accept the VP role at our headquarters branch, originally pursued a career in fashion before transitioning into banking. A graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, she describes the career change as her “best decision ever.” Kellems is an avid volunteer, most recently with the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and ongoing with Special Olympics New Jersey.
Spada, Quercia and Kellems each cited Manasquan’s Bank reputation and community focus in their decisions to join Manasquan Bank.
“As our reach grows, so, too, does our family,” said Manasquan Bank President and CEO, James S. Vaccaro. “We welcome these three established banking professionals and encourage our customers to meet their new branch managers at their respective locations.”
