Manasquan Bank is proud to introduce local lending expert, Christina Paccione, as VP of our Commercial Lending department.
Paccione brings more than 30 years of lending experience to the Manasquan Bank team. She previously served as VP of Commercial Lending for Lakeland Bank, where she was responsible for branding and business development across the Middlesex, Mercer, Union and Monmouth County markets. Her responsibilities with Lakeland Bank included portfolio management, due diligence, loan processing and community involvement.
Prior to her time at Lakeland Bank, Paccione held VP of Commercial Lending positions with OceanFirst Bank and Investors Bank. Her leadership abilities derive from her vast experience in the banking industry, including tenures with Sovereign Bank, Fleet Bank (formerly National Westminster Bank), Midlantic National Bank and CoreStates Bank (formerly New Jersey National Bank).
“It is an honor and privilege to join Manasquan Bank and carry on its long history of serving coastal New Jersey communities,” Paccione said. “This institution’s reputation is truly impeccable. They have built and maintained deep trust, even while continuing to expand.”
James Vaccaro, Manasquan Bank’s President and CEO, expressed a similar sentiment when speaking of Paccione. “Her track record is extremely impressive,” he said. “When you look at what she has done for the local business community, it’s clear that her career is genuinely meaningful and purposeful to her. She is exactly the type of leader we seek to hire and nurture.”
Paccione holds a B.S. in Business & Finance and MBA with a concentration in Accounting, both from Monmouth College. She is also a graduate of the National Commercial Lending School. Paccione serves as Vice-Chair of the Monmouth Ocean Development Council’s Education Committee, and is an active member in several other local and non-profit organizations. As a VP, Commercial Lender at Manasquan Bank, she will be responsible for soliciting and servicing prospective loan customers, managing business relationships, facilitating credit analysis and representing Manasquan Bank in community activities.
