Manasquan Bank’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Catherine Franzoni was named a 2017 CFO Innovation Award winner, receiving recognition as CFO of the year in the Middle Market: Driving Growth and Innovation category at the third annual CFO Innovation Conference and Awards in Newark, N.J.
Hosted by CFO Studio at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center on May 24, the full-day conference offered an array of presentations, panels and receptions leading up to the CFO Innovation Awards Ceremony and Dinner celebrating highly accomplished CFOs in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania who contribute to their organizations’ economic growth, stability and success. Franzoni was one of 15 award recipients selected by a panel of independent judges from hundreds of nominations submitted.
Franzoni is a New Jersey native and accountant by trade with decades of experience in the local banking sector. As CFO of Manasquan Bank, she is responsible primarily for maintaining the bank’s financial stability. However, she has evolved the position into much more. By virtually every measure, from Manasquan Bank’s financial benchmarks and expansion to its highly successful Community Day events and extensive charitable giving, Franzoni has established a clear track record of success and leadership since joining the bank in 2004.
“We are indeed fortunate to have the talents of such a wonderfully recognized CFO,” said Manasquan Bank President and CEO, James S. Vaccaro. “Catherine is an integral part of the Manasquan Bank family, and we are proud to congratulate her on this prestigious award.”
