President’s Letter Fall 2017

November 23, 2017

As we quickly approach the 2017 Holiday Season, it is important and timely to take time out for a moment of reflection.

Often, the frenetic pace of all of our lives becomes so torrid that focus, priorities and energy are consumed by activities. While those activities are critical in the attainment of goals and aspirations, we should never allow them to define who we are. We are a caring, ethical society who recognizes that even considering all of our country’s political, economic and social shortcomings and frailties we remain, by far, the most fortunate people on the face of this earth.

Most of us are fortunate to be able to feed our families, clothe our children and enjoy the fruits of success. Yet there are many in our own neighborhoods who continue to struggle to provide those basics that we have come to take for granted.

In the wake of the recent sufferings of unspeakable violent events and resulting hardships, there always remains a bright beacon whose glimmer reflects the generosity and caring of friends and neighbors.

We, at Manasquan Bank, are proud and privileged to be the neighbors and friends of those Communities we most humbly serve. It has been an integral part of our core since 1874 and will always remain so.

May we wish you, your family, your neighbors and your community a most Peaceful Thanksgiving Holiday.
James S. Vaccaro
President and Chief Executive Officer
