Wanda Kulesa, AVP and Lending Compliance Officer at Manasquan Savings Bank, has recently been awarded the Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) designation by the Institute of Certified Bankers (ICB).

The ICB, a subsidiary of the American Bankers Association in Washington, D.C., awards the CRCM designation to individuals who demonstrate excellence in the field of bank regulatory compliance. It requires meeting high standards of ethics, education and experience, as well as passing a rigorous exam, in order to be awarded the CRCM designation. Kulesa’s financial services experience includes extensive work in money market and government securities trading, bond research, credit underwriting, safety and soundness, information reporting and corporate responsibility.
Kulesa is a resident of Neptune Township and a 24-year veteran of the financial services industry. She currently serves as AVP, Lending Compliance Officer at Manasquan Savings Bank. Kulesa graduated from NYU’s College of Business and Public Administration before earning her Master’s of Business Administration at Monmouth University.
