Manasquan Savings Bank, a community bank headquartered in Wall Township, has announced it’s newest addition, Residential Business Development Officer Ralph Tancredi.

A graduate of Seton Hall University, Tancredi possesses an extensive background in residential and commercial lending that includes conventional, FHA, USDA, VA, Construction, and Commercial loans. He specializes in working with first-time buyers and educating them through all aspects of mortgage lending and property ownership. Tancredi is a licensed New Jersey State CPA and has served as Treasurer of the Keith E. Neumann Foundation since 1989.
Additionally, Tancredi is an active member of South Wall Fire Co. No. 1, where he serves as Vice President, volunteer firefighter, and formerly served as Treasurer. He also serves as the Fire Commissioner for District No. 3 in Wall Township.
Tancredi is a 21-year resident of Wall Township, where he lives with his wife and two children.
