Manasquan Bank Hosts 12th Annual Community Day and Raises $10,000 Through Days of Giving

September 16, 2025

(WALL TOWNSHIP, N.J.Sept. 16, 2025)- Manasquan Bank marked another year of hometown tradition with its 12th annual Community Day, held Saturday, Sept. 13, at Squan Plaza in downtown Manasquan. The Jaws-themed celebration welcomed hundreds of families, clients and neighbors for an afternoon of live entertainment from Thunder 106.3, free food and refreshments, kids' rides, crafts, games and giveaways.

Community Day is fully funded by Manasquan Bank and brought to life by its employees, who plan, organize and work the event each year. Their dedication reflects the pride the bank takes in serving not only as a financial partner but also as a community partner for more than 150 years.

The event followed the bank's 2025 Days of Giving program, which ran Sept. 8–12. Through this annual coin redemption initiative, clients were invited to cash in spare change at any Manasquan Bank branch. The bank donated an additional 15 percent of every transaction total to local charities, generating $10,000 in funding. Each of the five nonprofits will receive $2,000 to support their work in Monmouth, Middlesex and Ocean counties.

"Community Day and Days of Giving are shining examples of what it means to be a true community bank," said Cathy Franzoni, SEVP, Chief Operating Officer of Manasquan Bank. "To see hundreds of families laughing, sharing, and celebrating together is a reminder of why we do what we do. Our team is honored to create these moments and proud to support local organizations that make such a difference in the lives of our neighbors."

Manasquan Bank looks forward to continuing these traditions in the years ahead, strengthening the communities it proudly calls home.
