Tancredi, Sr., SVP, Residential Lending Sales Manager for Manasquan Bank, has been nationally recognized for the 7th consecutive year as a National Mortgage News Top Producer, and a Scotsman Guide Top Originator for 2023. National Mortgage News ranked Tancredi, Sr. as the #97 Top Producer in the nation. The Scotsman Guide ranked him the #42 Top HELOC Originator in the nation. Mr. Tancredi was also in the top 1% of Total Dollar Volume Originators and Total Loans Closed in the nation, as recognized by the Scotsman Guide, ranking #1,155 and #2,728 respectively.
Serving as an anchor in the Middlesex, Monmouth, & Ocean County banking and mortgage industry for over 25 years, Mr. Tancredi is an integral part of his community. He is involved in several local organizations, including the South Wall Fire Co. No.1 where he has been a volunteer firefighter since 2002. He has also been one of Fire Commissioners for District No. 3 in Wall Township since 2006.
