Manasquan Bank Honored as a 2021 “Best Banks to Work For” by American Banker
WALL TOWNSHIP, NJ (November 9, 2021) – For the third consecutive year, Manasquan Bank has been recognized as a “Best Banks to Work For” by American Banker magazine as part of its annual list organized by the Best Companies Group (BCG). Manasquan Bank was nationally ranked the #56 “Best Bank” on the 2021 list of all U.S. Banks, earning the #36 rank on the list of 4,530 institutions with total assets of less than $3 Billion.
The Best Banks to Work For program, which was initiated in 2013 by American Banker and BCG, identifies, recognizes and honors U.S. banks for outstanding employee satisfaction. Determining the Best Banks to Work For was a two-step process. The first step was an evaluation of participating companies' workplace policies, practices, and demographics. In the second step, anonymous employee surveys were conducted to directly assess the experiences and attitudes of individual employees with respect to their workplace. The combined scores determined the top banks and the final ranking.
