Manasquan Bank is proud to share its #14 ranking in NJBIZ’s 2018 Best Places to Work in New Jersey. We are listed in the Medium category, which includes businesses statewide with 50-249 employees. The rankings were unveiled at a May 1 awards reception hosted at the iPlay America’s Events Center in Freehold, N.J.
The Best Places to Work in New Jersey program recognizes the Garden State’s top employers who show dedication to their employees’ professional growth and quality of life. Best Companies Group (BCG), an independent research firm that gathers detailed data about each participating company and conducts an employee-wide survey, manages the assessment process. Employees complete an online survey detailing company policies, practices, benefits and demographics. BCG analyzes the data and determines the winners and rankings. The results are published by NJBIZ.
