Peanut Butter Pupcakes
- ¾ cup whole wheat flour
- ¼ cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ creamy natural peanut butter
- ½ cup mashed bananas
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup water
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil a mini cupcake tin.
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, old-fashioned oats, and baking powder.
- In a large bowl with a hand mixer, cream together peanut butter and mashed banana. Mix in eggs.
- Mix in flour mixture and water, until combined.
- Fill mini muffin tin cavities about ¾ of the way with batter.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the middle of a cupcake comes out clean.
- Once cool, move cupcakes to wire racks to completely cool.
- Use creamy natural peanut butter as an icing for the cupcakes, as much as you would like.
- Add dog treat if you desire.
