MANASQUAN BANK’S NICHOLAS FRANZA TO RECEIVE NJBANKERS RISING STAR AWARD
WALL TOWNSHIP, NJ (October 18, 2021) – Manasquan Bank is proud to announce that Nicholas “Nick” Franza, Vice President, Commercial Credit Manager, has been named as a recipient of the 2021 NJBankers Rising Star Award. Nick joins only 20 other banking professionals across New Jersey to receive the honor which recognizes those banking professionals, under the age of 40, who make a significant impact on their respective financial institutions by demonstrating strong leadership and service skills.
Nick began his banking career over nine years ago working as a teller while obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Rutgers University. After graduation he was promoted to a Credit Analyst and then joined Manasquan Bank in the same capacity in May of 2018. Since joining the Commercial Credit Team, Nick has been promoted to Senior Credit Analyst and is now Vice President, Commercial Credit Manager. A recent graduate from the NJBankers Emerging Leadership Program, Nick continues to deliver a positive attitude, professionalism, and hands on development approach to his daily interactions with both colleagues and clients alike.
