Update on Coronavirus Action Plan

To Our Valued Clients,

We continue to closely monitor the impact of COVID-19 on our communities and want to provide you with an update regarding our commitment to always provide our clients with exceptional banking services. 

To ensure your safety along with that of our valued colleagues, we are implementing additional precautionary measures during branch lobby visits. We will continue to offer expanded services via our drive-thru facilities and recommend using our drive-thru as your first option.  If you find it necessary to enter the lobby, please note we will be limiting the number of clients in the branch at any given time which may result increased lobby wait time.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • As per the guidance from local and state government officials and industry best practices:
    • All persons entering or working in a branch location must wear an acceptable face covering. 
    • Up to three clients will be allowed to be in the lobby at any given time.
    • Social distancing protocol signage will be posted and enforced.   
  • We will continue to sanitize and disinfect branch locations and administrative offices throughout the day with full sanitization at the end of each work day. 
  • If a client is not feeling well, we ask that they not visit our lobbies and instead continue to utilize our digital tools or drive-thru services.
