Where do I view my eStatements?
eStatements can be found under the “Documents” tab located under any checking, savings or loan account detail.
What are eStatements?
eStatements are an electronic copy of your statement. It’s a quick and easy way to receive and store your monthly statement using your access through online banking.
How do eStatements work?
Log into Retail Online and sign up for the service using the enrollment link. Then, we notify you through email each month when your statement is ready to be viewed. You will be able to view your statement from your computer, 24 hours a day, seven days a week via the Internet.
Where can I view check images?
Under the account transaction detail, simply click on any check you would like to view and it will present the front and the back check details.
How can I view transactions by date and/or amount?
Under the account transaction detail, simply enter the date(s) or amount under Search Transactions and click search. You have the option to enter the date you are searching for by single day or range.
How often is my account information updated?
Account information is updated in real-time, offering you the most current information available.
Can I view transactions that are pending?
Yes, with Retail Online 5.1 you are able to view scheduled, pending and posted transactions. You have the ability to filter your list to display only certain types of transactions.
Will Retail Online 5.1 work with every device?
Yes, the responsive design will help ensure that all data clearly appears at virtually any screen size or resolution. The new design makes the webpage more Tablet and Mobile Friendly.
Can I have Alerts about my account activity sent to my cell phone?
You can set up Alerts that will be sent via text messages or emails (or both) to your cell phone. Note that you will need a Web-enabled phone and Internet service from your cell phone to receive email messages.
To set up your Alerts, log into Retail Online. From the MESSAGES area, click on the NEW link on the events line, and follow on the screen prompts. From the SEND TO pull down list, select EMAIL.
The next line is EMAIL ADDRESS. This is where you decide where and how to send alerts to your cell phone.
To send alerts using text messages: Simply type in your text message address in the EMAIL ADDRESS field. This is usually an email address that will be converted to a text message. Many providers use your cell phone number @ your provider’s Web address such as: firstname.lastname@example.org. You may need to contact your cell phone provider for this address.
To send alerts using email: If your phone service is set up to receive email, then simply type in your cell phone’s email address.
To send alerts to multiple addresses: Type in each email address separated with a comma.
