The Jersey Shore is once again abuzz with excitement. Our communities are filled with homeowners working in their yards, cyclists pedaling on our streets, athletes on jogging paths and families strolling our beaches.
Hopefully, you’ve sensed the same level of enthusiasm at our branches. This year, Manasquan Savings Bank celebrates its 140th year of continuous operation. For our institution, the year 2014 will be filled new product introductions, enhanced technology offerings and a rededication to the service concepts that have allowed us to provide financial services to our communities since 1874.
In April we introduced an exciting new product line called Kasasa. These products have been designed to capture a much wider range of retail customers and complement our current retail offerings. Although it’s a bit of a tongue twister, Kasasa benefits are crystal clear:
These exciting benefits are only available in our area to Manasquan Savings Bank customers. Open an account online or any of our friendly branch personnel can help you set up a new Kasasa account or transfer an existing account to a Kasasa account. You can find out more about the products on our website. It’s just one of the many ways we show our appreciation for your business.
Beginning in May we are also kicking off Customer Appreciation Weeks at each of our branches. Refreshments will be set up on a rotating basis at all of our branches through August. Be sure to check out the poster in your local branch to find out when Customer Appreciation Week is coming to your branch. We look forward to seeing you there.
To celebrate our 140th Anniversary, we are also launching our Team 140 initiative as a way of giving back to our communities. There will be teams of Manasquan Savings Bank employees attending various events this year distributing promotional items. Be sure to seek us out at the Brick Summerfest series at Windward Beach, the Manasquan Firemen’s Fair, numerous business expos, the Point Pleasant Beach Seafood Festival and the season ending Everyday Heroes concert in Seaside Heights.
We’re also proud to be collection points for the FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties. Every one of our branches will be collecting non-perishable goods. Our goal is to collect at least 140 pounds of food each month. So please bring in a few cans or boxes each time you visit us. Amidst all the wonder and beauty of our communities, there are still far too many hungry families. We know we can count on your kindness and generosity to help.
I’ll close this letter with the sincerest of wishes for a safe and happy season at our glorious shore. We know you have many choices of where to bank and we are honored that you have chosen our institution.
