Manasquan Bank is proud to announce that Jessica Tufts, Cash Management Support Specialist, recently graduated from the NJBankers Emerging Leaders Program. This program is designed to enhance the organizational, performance, and leadership skills of highly motivated managers who have the potential to become future leaders in the banking industry.
Jessica completed the Emerging Bank Leaders Program designed to develop emerging leaders of leading change, managing team development, talent development/performance management, communication effectiveness, strategic banking and individual development planning.

Jessica Tufts joined Manasquan Bank in 2016 as a Universal Banker, quickly progressing within the Bank and holding roles such as Universal Banker Supervisor, IT Coordinator and Senior IT Coordinator before beginning her current position as a Cash Management Support Specialist in 2022.
