NJ Advance Media Names Manasquan Bank a Winner of The New Jersey Top Workplaces 2022 Award
WALL TOWNSHIP, NJ (June 21, 2022) – Manasquan Bank, a full-service community banking organization headquartered in Wall Township, was named a Top Workplace in New Jersey among mid-sized companies (150-499 employees) by NJ Advance Media on Wednesday, June 16, 2022, during the awards ceremony.
The winners list, based solely on employee feedback, was gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The anonymous survey assessed employee perceptions and opinions against a broad range of criteria, including employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, connection to an organization's mission and values, and employee benefits.
