Wall Resident Ann Noble Appointed to Manasquan Savings Bank Board of Directors

September 05, 2014

Manasquan Savings Bank has appointed Ann Noble to their Board of Directors. Ms. Noble makes her home in Wall Township. She is the President and CEO of Qual-Lynx and VP, Workers’ Compensation of QualCare, Inc.

“Ms. Noble stands out among her peers as an incisive leader with a keen mind for business,” says Manasquan Savings Bank President and CEO James S. Vaccaro. “Not only does she bring finance experience to the Board. She understands the importance of being a true part of the community. She is an ideal fit for our organization.”

A well-regarded finance and health care executive with significant corporate experience, Ms. Noble was honored in the NJBIZ Best Fifty Women in Business in 2013. As President and CEO of Qual-Lynx, she oversees a regional claims-services organization which has been providing property and casualty claims administration for more than 50 years. She is also Vice President of Workers’ Compensation for QualCare, Inc., overseeing operations and business development related to managed-care services for large self-insured employers, insurance carriers and pooled association risks.

Ms. Noble also served as the Vice President of Finance for Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital for ten years, and worked at Ernst & Young for eight years, ultimately becoming a Senior Manager in the health care financial consulting practice.

“In business, it’s critical to maintain a local focus, which is why I blend my work in the executive office with an ongoing commitment to charitable endeavors,” Ms. Noble says. “This sentiment is shared by the Manasquan Savings Bank Board of Directors, and I am honored to join their ranks.”

Among Ms. Noble’s charitable work is her role as founding member of the Board of Trustees and Treasurer of the Val Skinner Foundation. Ms. Noble helped form this not-for-profit organization, which has raised nearly $10 million for breast cancer initiatives, focusing on women in their twenties and thirties. She was also a five-year member of the Board of Trustees for the Graeme Preston Foundation for Life, a grassroots organization which supports families and organizations in the community through financial assistance and volunteer efforts. Ms. Noble was honored by the Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore as a Woman of Distinction in 2010.

Ms. Noble graduated from Seton Hall University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, and obtained her license as a Certified Public Accountant in 1987.
