WALL TOWNSHIP, NJ (September 8, 2021) – Manasquan Bank is extremely proud to announce that Nicholas Martin, A.V.P., Digital Marketing and Design Manager, is the 2021 recipient of the prestigious New Jersey Bankers Association Warren Hill Award.

The Warren Hill Award was established in 1968 in honor of Warren Hill the association's president from 1966 through 1975. It is presented to a current or former committee NJBankers member who has demonstrated a commitment to meet the mission of the committee. Other criteria considered are the members' effectiveness in recruiting new members to the committee and assisting staff in new member or associate member recruitment efforts.

For over three years, Nick has served on the NJBankers Emerging Financial Leaders Group (EFLG) committee which provides bankers under the age of 40 with networking and developmental opportunities for career progression while simultaneously offering community service activities.
In addition to serving on EFLG, Nick has been an active member of the NJBanker’s Marketing, Public Relations and Social Media committee, whose focus is to increase awareness of the value propositions that organizations bring to the New Jersey banking community.

"On behalf of Manasquan Bank, I would like to congratulate Nick on this well-deserved recognition," said James S. Vaccaro, Chair, President and CEO of Manasquan Bank. "Nick is a passionate advocate within the financial services industry and this award is a reflection of his dedication, contribution and commitment to exceptional community work.”

In addition to playing an active role within NJBankers community, Nick’s commitment stretches to many of the bank’s most visible projects, including a new website launch and charitable efforts. He participates in the Manasquan Bank Charitable Foundation, and frequently volunteers his time to various local non-profits both in and out of the workplace.

Nick will be recognized at the NJBanker’s Banking on the Future Conference hosted at the Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City, N.J. on September 14, 2021. To learn more about the NJ Bankers Association, please visit www.njbankers.com.
