Peanut Butter Pupcakes

¾ cup whole wheat flour

¼ cup old-fashioned oats

1 tsp baking powder

½ creamy natural peanut butter

½ cup mashed bananas

2 eggs

½ cup water


  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil a mini cupcake tin.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, old-fashioned oats, and baking powder.
  3. In a large bowl with a hand mixer, cream together peanut butter and mashed banana. Mix in eggs.
  4. Mix in flour mixture and water, until combined.
  5. Fill mini muffin tin cavities about ¾ of the way with batter.
  6. Bake for 6-8 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the middle of a cupcake comes out clean.
  7. Once cool, move cupcakes to wire racks to completely cool.
  8. Use creamy natural peanut butter as an icing for the cupcakes, as much as you would like.
  9. Add dog treat if you desire.
