Matt Cotroneo, Systems Engineer

Meet Matt Cotroneo, a Systems Engineer at Manasquan Bank, who brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team. Matt's extensive knowledge of our systems and technologies make him a valuable asset to our organization.

Matt started his journey at the Bank in March 2021 as a Technical Support Engineer. He quickly became an integral part of our Technical Support team, demonstrating his exceptional client experience, professionalism, and problem-solving skills. Because of his dedication and exceptional performance, Matt was promoted to Technical Support Engineer II in July 2022.

His unwavering commitment to providing top-notch service to his clients internally and externally, earned him another promotion in February of 2024, and Matt now serves as our Systems Engineer, where he is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure, as well as collaborating with other IT team members to provide technical guidance and support for various projects and initiatives.

At Manasquan Bank, we believe in keeping things personal and redefining the community banking model. Our staffed branches are open for any client to come in and have their needs and concerns taken care of professionally and promptly. We prioritize remembering that our clients, external and internal, are humans too and not just a number on a spreadsheet. Matt loves this aspect of the Bank and embodies this philosophy in his work every day.

When he’s not at work, Matt enjoys playing golf and is a sports enthusiast. We are proud to have Matt as part of our team and appreciate his dedication to providing excellent service to our clients. We are confident that he will continue to make valuable contributions to our organization, and we look forward to his continued success.
