Manasquan Bank’s “Local Love” Giveaway

1. No purchase or obligation is necessary to win.

2. To Enter: The sweepstakes begins at 9:00 AM EST Saturday, May 20, 2023, and ends at 11:00 AM EST Thursday, May 25, 2023. To enter the sweepstakes without purchase or obligation, complete an entry form available online during the sweepstakes period.

3. How to Enter: Three ways to enter: (1) Visit Manasquan Bank on Facebook during the entry period and comment on the ‘contest’ post. (2) Visit Manasquan Bank on Instagram (@manasquan_bank) during the entry period and comment on the ‘contest’ post. (3) Complete an entry form available on the www.manasquan.bank during the sweepstakes period. One entry per person.

4. Eligibility: Sweepstakes are open to legal U.S. residents, 18 years of age and older as of May 20, 2023. Employees of Manasquan Bank and their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings, and each of their respective spouses) and members of the households of such individuals are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and taxes. By participating, the entrant agrees to be bound by the Official Contest Rules and to accept the decision of Manasquan Bank as final in all respects.

5. Prize: (1) Season Pass to Thunder Surf Waterpark in LBI valued at $295.00. Prize winner will be drawn from qualified entries. Winner may make no substitution/transfer of prize.

6. Prize Restrictions: Prize is non-transferable, no substitution or exchange of prize, no cash equivalent will be offered in substitution of prize. Federal, state, and local taxes, and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. All other costs and expenses related to prize acceptance and use not specified as being provided are the sole responsibility of prize winner. Manasquan Bank does not make, and is not responsible in any manner for, any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to any prizes, regarding the use, value or enjoyment of the prize, including, without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, or fitness for a particular purpose. Manasquan Bank will have no further obligation to winner.

7. Drawing: On Friday, May 26, 2023, at 11:05 AM EST one prizewinner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The drawing will be held at 2221 Landmark Place, Wall Township, NJ 08736, though the winner need not be present at time of drawing to win.

8. Odds: Odds of being selected as sweepstakes winner depend upon the total number of qualified entries received during the sweepstakes period.

9. Winner Notification/Prize Award: If present, winner will be notified in person at time of drawing on Friday, May 26, 2023. If not present, winner will be notified within 5 business days by phone and/or email. Winner must show legal identification to claim prize. Prize must be claimed within thirty (30) days of official notification that the prize is available to be claimed. Prize unclaimed after thirty (30) days of notification will be forfeited.

10. Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree to a.) The Official Rules and the decision of Manasquan Bank which shall be final in all respects; b.) release, discharge and hold harmless, Manasquan Bank, its respective subsidiaries, officers, directors, and employees from any liability, claims or damage arising out of their participation in the sweepstakes, and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to, where legal, the use of their name and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation or consideration. Winner is required to pick up the prize if present at time of drawing, or, if not present, at Manasquan Bank, 2221 Landmark Place, Wall Township, NJ 08736.

11. Limitations of Liability: Manasquan Bank is not responsible for the printing of or typographical errors in any sweepstakes-related material; for stolen, lost, late, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries. Manasquan Bank reserves the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes as determined by Manasquan Bank, in its sole discretion.

12. Winners List: For the name of the winner mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Manasquan Bank Local Love Giveaway, Marketing Dept., 2221 Landmark Place, Wall Township, NJ 08736. Requests must be received no later than June 13, 2023.
