WALL TOWNSHIP, NJ (March 3, 2021) – James S. Vaccaro, Chairman, President and CEO of Manasquan Bank, is pleased to announce the recent executive leadership promotions of Catherine Franzoni, Mark Beriault, Lisa Roettger and Michael Malloy.

Catherine Franzoni - Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Franzoni joined Manasquan Bank in 2004 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and earned a promotion to Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer in 2009. In 2018, Franzoni was promoted to her current position of Chief Operating Officer A New Jersey native and accountant by trade with decades of leadership experience in the local banking sector, Franzoni serves as a founding trustee on the board of Manasquan Bank’s Charitable Foundation, and a member of the Board of Trustees of both Big Brothers Big Sisters of Monmouth & Middlesex Counties and Monmouth Medical Center. She is also a member of the Dean’s Council of Monmouth University’s School of Business. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Montclair State University.
Mark Beriault - Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer. Beriault joined Manasquan Bank in October 2004 as Vice President leading the Commercial Lending team and in 2009, he was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer. Beriault graduated from Stockton State College with a B.S. in Marketing and has worked for various banks in credit and commercial lending during his career. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Samaritan Center and is their acting treasurer in addition to serving on the Investment Committee for Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore.
Lisa Roettger - Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Roettger joined Manasquan Bank in March 2016 as Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources. Roettger, a proven human resources leader, has been instrumental in fostering and further developing the corporate culture that has become one of the hallmarks of Manasquan Bank. Holding a B.A. in Psychology/Business Law from Stockton State College in Pomona, N.J. and an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, N.J., Roettger actively sits on the Board of Directors for Wall Business and Finance Academy as well as the acting Vice Chair of NJ Bankers Human Resources Committee.
Michael Malloy - Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Malloy joined Manasquan Bank in November 2018 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Malloy earned a B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers University and a Master’s in Accountancy and Professional Consultancy from Villanova University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey, maintaining an affiliation with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Malloy has worked for various banks and a major auditing firm. He sits on the Board of Directors for Point Pleasant Beach Little league and is their acting Treasurer.
