Update on Coronavirus Action Plan

Dear Clients,

As we endeavor to continue to adapt during this time of uncertainty surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19), Manasquan Bank is taking additional precautionary measures to help protect our clients and our employees. We are modifying our branch business hours for all locations until further notice. All transactions will continue to be conducted at the drive-thru. 

As of Wednesday, March 25, branch (drive-thru only) business hours will be:

  • Monday – Thursday: 8:00am  – 4:00pm 
  • Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm

In addition, we are temporarily closing our entire Bay Head branch at this time. Clients may visit our nearest drive-thru facility located in Point Pleasant at 2307 Rt. 88, which is approximately 3 miles away.  

Clients who need to access their safe deposit box or other lobby dependent services may contact the branch directly to discuss alternatives. Click here to locate your nearest branch. 

Digital Banking Solutions 

We strongly encourage you to utilize our online and mobile banking platforms that are available 24 hours a day to perform all routine banking activities. 

  • Online Banking to manage your accounts, transfer funds, and more.
  • Our Mobile Banking App that can be downloaded to your smartphone.
  • Mobile Deposit from our Mobile App, to deposit checks from your smartphone.
  • Paying your bills with Online Bill Pay.
  • Zelle® for sending and receiving money to family, friends and other trusted recipients.
  • Using your Debit Card whenever possible to pay for items rather than using cash.
  • Mobile Wallet, which offers a contactless way to pay for goods and services.
  • ATMs that offer an easy way to get cash, and deposit bills and checks.
  • Merchant Deposit for depositing business checks from your office.

Manasquan Bank is committed to support our clients, colleagues and communities who may be adversely affected by the impacts of COVID-19. We understand that there are circumstances when clients find themselves facing financial concerns. Manasquan Bank is here to help and we encourage clients to reach out to us and discuss how we might be of assistance. 

Branch Banking Update
To support the efforts provided by the public health authorities and to flattening the curve of the spread of COVID-19, Manasquan Bank branches, with the exception of our Bay Head location, will be temporarily eliminating lobby services effective, Wednesday, March 18, 2020 until further notice. All drive-thru’s will operate with normal banking hours and clients may conduct all banking transactions there. Clients who need to access their safe deposit box or other lobby dependent services may contact the branch directly to discuss alternatives.  
 
We will continue to provide a full range of services remotely through our digital banking channels and Solution Center. If you have not yet enrolled in our digital services, then we encourage you to do so by clicking here.

Dear Clients,

The health and safety of our clients and employees is always our top priority. In an effort to keep you informed of our comprehensive response to combat the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, below are some precautionary steps our organization has put in place immediately to protect our valued constituents.

Our Employees

Manasquan Bank employees are restricted from attending any non-essential business functions.  We also have strict guidelines for all employees that may travel internationally or domestically. Also, any non-essential visitors are being asked, when possible, to conduct “virtual meetings” and limit large gatherings to the greatest extent possible. Management is conducting ongoing discussions to address the situation.

Branch Office Locations

As of today, all of our branch locations will remain open. All branches and back office locations will be cleaned and disinfected daily. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are also available. We encourage all clients to take advantage of all digital tools we offer and to limit non-essential branch visitations.   If possible, we encourage our clients to use the drive-thru to conduct transactions.  

Below is an overview of some of our Digital Tools that can be used to conduct business remotely:

  • Manasquan Bank Personal and Business Mobile Apps are enabled to deposits checks (please make sure the check is properly endorsed), transfer funds, check your balance and much more.
  • The Digital Wallet allows clients to make contactless payments at merchants by using your mobile device.
  • Our ATMs are available for cash withdrawals, the internal transfer of funds between accounts and to deposit checks.
