Manasquan Bank, a community bank headquartered in Wall Township, N.J., is pleased to introduce its newest addition, SVP & Director of Human Resources Lisa Roettger.
Roettger is a proven human resources leader with more than 22 years of experience in the field. She joins Manasquan Bank after spending nearly nine years with International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) in Dayton, N.J. and Hazlet, N.J., where she led the global firm’s North American HR team. At IFF, Roettger directed the design, implementation and administration of human resources programs for 1,600 employees, while also driving the development of the region’s talent assessment and development processes.

Roettger will be in charge of aligning Manasquan Bank’s HR objectives across its branch network in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. She will manage and lead all human resources operations, including talent acquisition, career development, training, coaching, culture building and change management.
Holding a B.A. in Psychology/Business Law from Stockton State College in Pomona, N.J. and an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, N.J., Roettger brings prior experience with PRA International, Harrah’s Casino and Phillips Van-Heusen. She is professionally certified in Lominger Competencies, SHL Assessment, Korn/Ferry Decision Styles and Voices Leadership Styles.
