When joining Manasquan Bank in 2000 as a Teller, Jennifer Weisert was destined to make an impact. Originally starting her MB career at the flagship branch in downtown Manasquan, she then went on to the Bay Head Branch where she promoted to Customer Service Representative and again in 2002 as Assistant Branch Manager. In 2005, Weisert was promoted again and transferred to the Ramtown branch and served as the Branch Manager for many years.

More recently in 2018, Weisert was promoted to Vice President and Regional Branch Manager. In her current role of Regional Branch Manager, she is responsible for supporting 7 branches in driving deposit growth, reinforcing client/banker relationships and reimagining the future of retail branch banking.

When asked about her most proud accomplishment, Weisert replied, “Working my up through all levels to the position I am in today. I have gained knowledge and proficiency in all areas of Branch function to best assist and support my teams”.

Weisert believes that Manasquan Bank is the supreme community bank institution. “We understand that products and services are not one size fits all and we are constantly looking for ways to improve our delivery channels and product offerings for all generations” stated Weisert. “Manasquan Bank is committed to the needs of the communities they serve and remain dedicated in supporting them financially and through volunteer efforts” continued Weisert.

During her tenure at Manasquan Bank, Weisert has achieved many successes including being named a Citizen of the Year by the Lakewood Chamber in 2008. She was awarded the New Leader in Banking Award from NJ Bankers in 2013, and the prestigious Vocational Service Award for Rotary District 7500 in 2018. Weisert recently completed the NJ Bankers Leadership Academy, a comprehensive program of seminars that provide invaluable tools for all levels of bankers to advance their career and help grow their financial institution.

When time permits, you can find Weisert volunteering as a Board Member of the Common Ground Grief Center in Manasquan, Treasurer for Cub Scout Pack 46 in Brick, and the Immediate Past President- The Rotary Club of Brick Township (previously held position of Secretary). She also enjoys volunteering with the Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore. Weisert, her husband and two children reside in Brick.
